Do you charge for quotes?
No we don’t charge for quotes but we do also offer a Design and Consultancy Service which does have a charge. This is when a client wants idea’s and options for proposed plumbing or drainage and roofing work.
With Hot Water saving systems, can you connect to existing Hot Water Cylinder?
In most case’s yes, it depends on the age and type of the existing hot water cylinder.
Do you do small roofing job’s, leaking gutters, skylights and flashings etc?
Yes with my training we learnt all the skills by the old school way when plumbers were responsible for water coming into the building, out of the building and keeping the rain from entering the building.
Do you do Pre-Purchase Checks for prospective house buyers?
Yes with the knowledge I have gained over the years in all aspects of my associated trades I know where to look for possible leaks and faults. ICM offers a comprehensive report for people looking to buy an existing home for plumbing, drainage and roofing. This report can quite often help the home buyer negotiate a better price based on estimates for repairs reinstatement cost’s to rectify faults discovered during the survey.
We offer a price for this service after a viewing of the property and is very much cheaper than other companies that might offer pre-purchase checks.
Do you do survey reports and offer scheduled regular quarterly checks on Commercial Buildings?
Yes ICM has done preventative maintenance checks on many commercial buildings in the past, that old saying.. “ A stitch in time saves nine “ is very true and can save the property owner a lot of money by identifying problems before they happen and most insurance companies offer a discount to client’s who have a maintenance programme in place for their commercial properties.
